Creative Commons offers licensing options for people publishing their own work on the web.
Creative Commons also offers a page for you to choose your own license that will generate a code for you to post with your work.

Now what? Anyone using your work will have to give you credit by citing your original work, but before you jump into a copyright for yourself be sure to review the Creative Commons list of things to think about before you license.
