CMS "Got's Talent" Show

 

This is a possible activity for 2024-2025 school year.  Our Talent Show is once a year.  It is not scheduled.  Students can sign-up if and when it is set-up.  Auditions will be held after school in front of a panel of judges.  The top 12-14 acts will performing on the  show.  The 1st, 2nd and maybe 3rd place acts (in 2 categories of vocal talent and instrumental/other-this may change) will receive a trophy and then possilby perform for the school at a spirit assembly.

Warner Baum-Harmonica Solo- “Silent Night” by Franz Gruber

Caisey Smith and Ava Berry- Acting/Vocal Solo- “Popular” by Stephen Schwartz

Finn Gagnon- Vocal Solo- “Freeze Your Brain” by Laurence O’Keefe and Kevin Murphy

Calvin Bashaw and Kevin Clausen-Acting-“Captain Underpants” by Weird Al Yankovic

Emilee Nolder-Vocal Solo- “Real Friends” by Camila Cabello

Savannah Pease-Vocal Solo- “Speechless from Aladdin” by Allan Menken, Benj Pasek and Justin Paul

Devina, Bridger and the Christmas Girls (Devina Blawat, Bridger McIntosh, Emily Moxham, Hannah Clemmer and Patricia  Drover)-Acting/Song - “Baby It’s Cold Outside” by Frank Loesser

 

Basic rules are:

1. Performances need to be no longer than 4 minutes in length.
2. Performances must be appropriate for school.
3. Performers are responsible for all equipment that they need.  CMS will provide Audio and Staging.

 

More information may be posted if CMS decides to do it.    Applications need to be given to Mr. Lambert when it is established.  Start working.
